Open Server settings → Setup tools after initial setup. These tools help explain missing resources and configuration risks. Use Connection status for current Discord permissions, connection problems, command registration, and failed deliveries.

Server capability scan

The scan keeps the latest authorized, read-only snapshot of server identity, resource counts, Pup’s role ceiling, enabled-feature intents, configured destinations, and command collisions. Refresh it after changing roles, channels, or configuration. Refreshing reads Discord; it does not change the server. Check the scan timestamp. Unavailable Discord reads are labeled as unavailable, not treated as empty or current. Pup can compare visible application commands, but cannot inspect another bot’s private text-command parser.

Channel and role inventory

Select View resource details to load the resources visible to Pup. The inventory includes IDs, hierarchy, permissions, channel limits, active threads, emoji, and stickers. Channels Pup cannot view are absent; failed reads are labeled. Webhook inventory requires Manage Webhooks. It shows placement, type, age, avatar state, and whether Pup owns the webhook. Webhook tokens, URLs, creator accounts, and application identifiers are never returned. Other inventory remains usable when webhook access is unavailable. Refresh to compare observations. Moved resources, newly archived threads, and resources deleted or no longer visible are called out. A failed read does not count as deletion, and an older response does not replace a newer observation.

Server integrity review

Select Refresh integrity review to check the server’s configured critical roles and channels, webhook tolerance, high-risk permissions, hierarchy, and owner access. Each finding describes a possible repair. Review and make any chosen change in the relevant Discord or Pup settings; the review itself does not alter roles, channels, webhooks, integrations, invites, or server identity. Unicode character inspector

Enter one assigned character to see its code point, official name, category, and display properties from Pup’s bundled Unicode 16.0 database. Words and multi-character emoji sequences are rejected.

Reset command configuration

In Staff access → Command restrictions, Reset module to reviewed defaults previews the affected module and its interaction controls before confirmation. It restores the module’s default mode and resets its interaction availability, warning-bot replies, ignored subjects, and audiences. Other modules and unrelated server settings are unchanged. Save or discard pending edits before resetting.
