Logs, attachments, reports, evidence, staff notes, suggestions, anonymous posts and ticket transcripts remain available until explicitly deleted. Automatic ticket archival and deletion, content anonymization, storage cleanup and retention controls have been removed. The upgrade cancels old retention jobs and reveals still-stored records previously hidden by expiry; it cannot restore erased content. Preview confirmation deadlines, optional warning expiry, poll closing, reminders and other functional timers remain. External services still apply their own storage rules.
