# pup 0.9.2

> Clearer protection settings and reliable searchable controls.

## Find and keep your selections

Channel, role and member pickers filter their results as you search. Selected items keep their readable labels, and pressing Escape closes the picker without clearing them. Assistant response channels and dedicated chat channels now use searchable selections.

## Configure protection in order

The six core message protection pages group behavior, detection, scope, responses and notifications. Off, Monitor and Take action show their consequences beside each choice. Optional member and event restrictions expand without discarding your edits.

## Shorter Assistant settings

Channel learning overrides show only configured exceptions. Search for a channel to add an override, choose whether Pup learns there, or restore the channel default. Unsaved Assistant changes are protected when navigating away.

## Clearer shared controls

Optional settings and history use consistent expandable sections. The save bar stays quiet when there are no changes, and highlights unsaved edits. Navigation labels retain their space while a page loads.

Clearing Assistant memory also removes its submitted source content. Anonymous-message privacy guidance now explicitly includes the server owner among people who may see author identities.
