# Moderation activity

> Find moderation events and manage scheduled reversals.

**Moderation → Activity → Event history** starts with event type, member and date filters. Use **More filters** for command, actor, outcome, channel and audit details. Results appear before optional exports and the separate member timeline. **Moderation settings** is a separate page linked from the header.

**Scheduled actions** lists the reversals pup schedules for temporary moderation actions, such as removing a timed mute or ban. Each active timer shows the original case, responsible moderator, scheduled time and current status. Use **Run now** to apply the saved reversal, **Change scheduled time** to reschedule it, or **Cancel reversal** to stop it. Failed actions can be run again. Warning cases expose edit, rank, clear and revoke actions as their current status permits.

## Workload insights

**Moderation → Workload insights** shows the seven-day backlog, typical response
time, unresolved timers, failed deliveries and age of unresolved cases. Counts include small samples. Open the underlying report, delivery, timer or case to follow up.

## Command audit

Choose **Command audit** to filter recorded commands by name, staff member, channel, time or outcome. Use the linked case for moderation details. See [Data and privacy](https://docs.pup.run/privacy.md) for stored records.

## Follow a result

Open the linked case to inspect its confirmed action and delivery status. A failed timer can be run again after fixing its cause. Cancelling a reversal leaves the current restriction in place; it does not undo it.
